Employer Toolkit - Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

The VisaPulse Employer Toolkit ("Toolkit") provides document templates, fee calculators, procedural checklists, and informational tools related to U.S. employment-based immigration processes. The Toolkit is designed to assist employers in organizing and preparing materials for immigration filings.

2. Not Legal Advice

The Toolkit does not constitute legal advice. VisaPulse USA is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. The Toolkit generates document templates and calculations based on publicly available U.S. government fee schedules, regulations, and procedural guidance. These outputs are informational tools only.

You should consult with a licensed immigration attorney before filing any petition, application, or labor certification with USCIS, the Department of Labor, or any other government agency. Immigration law is complex and fact-specific - the Toolkit cannot account for the unique circumstances of your case.

3. Accuracy and Currency of Information

Fee amounts in the Toolkit are based on the USCIS fee schedule effective 2024-04-01. Fee data was last verified against USCIS.gov on 2026-03-15. We make reasonable efforts to update fee amounts within 48 hours of any official USCIS fee schedule change.

However, we do not guarantee that all fee amounts, procedural requirements, or document formats are current or accurate at the time of your use. Government agencies may change fees, forms, procedures, or requirements without advance notice. You are responsible for verifying all information against current official sources before relying on it.

4. User Responsibility

By using the Toolkit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will verify all fee amounts, document formats, and procedural requirements against current official government sources before filing
• You will consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal advice specific to your situation
• You assume full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of any filing made using Toolkit outputs
• VisaPulse USA is not responsible for any government rejection, denial, delay, or penalty resulting from reliance on Toolkit outputs

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPulse USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of business opportunities, immigration petition denials, missed filing deadlines, government fines, or legal fees - regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Toolkit shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Toolkit in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Pricing and Payment

Toolkit access is sold as a 12-month subscription. Prices are listed on the Employer Toolkit product page. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. VisaPulse USA does not store credit card information.

7. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@visapulseusa.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. After 30 days, no refunds are issued, but you retain access for the remainder of your 12-month subscription period.

8. Intellectual Property

Documents generated by the Toolkit (LCA notices, PAF cover pages, job postings, etc.) are yours to use for their intended purpose. The Toolkit software, design, and underlying code remain the property of VisaPulse USA.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Toolkit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
