- Account information - if you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your email address and billing information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not store payment card details.
- App data - if you use the VisaPulse USA mobile app, we store only the minimum data needed to provide features: document expiry dates and labels (no document files), case receipt numbers, and subscription status. We do not store personal immigration records, passport details, or sensitive identification information.
- Communications - if you contact us, we retain your message and email address to respond to your inquiry.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect or store copies of immigration documents, passports, or government-issued IDs.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- We do not track you across other websites.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide and improve our products and services
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Send product updates and notifications you have opted into
- Respond to support inquiries
- Understand how our products are used in aggregate, anonymous form
4. Data Sources
The immigration data displayed on VisaPulse USA is sourced exclusively from publicly available government datasets published by USCIS, the Department of Labor (DOL), the Department of State (DOS), and ICE SEVIS. This data is publicly available and not owned by VisaPulse USA. We index and present it for informational purposes only.
VisaPulse USA is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any U.S. government agency. Immigration data displayed on this website is sourced from publicly available government datasets published by USCIS, DOL OFLC, DOS, and ICE SEVIS.
5. Advertising
VisaPulse USA displays third-party advertisements on our free website and in the free tier of the mobile app. These ads are served by Google AdSense and related networks, which may use cookies to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ad Settings. Premium subscribers see no advertisements.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our products:
- Stripe - payment processing for subscriptions
- RevenueCat - subscription management for the mobile app
- Supabase - secure database hosting
- Vercel - website hosting
- Brevo - transactional email delivery
- Plausible Analytics - privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics
- OpenAI - AI features in the Employer Toolkit
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymous usage analytics are retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
